Raouia Marmouch

After receiving a fundamental license in physics and chemistry, Tunisian director and screenwriter Raouia Marmouch studied cinema at the E.S.A.C (Ecole Supérieure de L’audiovisuel et Cinema), where she obtained a national diploma in writing and directing. While studying at the ESAC, she made a documentary film about L’ENIT, and in 2019, she directed her first short film Enti Chkoun. It was selected at the Carthage Film Festival and Luxor African Film Festival. In 2019, she served as second assistant director on Sharaf, a feature film by Samir Nasr, and Carrefour Bonheur, a short film by Emna Najjar. Other than films, she directed several music videos, including Honeur by Tunisian rapper PSYCHO M. Marmouch also worked as a first and second assistant director on the TV series Hayat Khasa and Ililiklik, along with several TV commercials, such as Bouga and Abida.
