
Mejd Hameed
Born in Baghdad, writer, director and actor Mejd Hameed holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Baghdad. He is a member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, the Union of Iraqi Dramas, and the National Band of Representation. Hameed wrote and directed the films Ahrar and Baghdad Photographer. As an actor, he starred in the films Smile Again, Goodbye Nineveh, Zero Hour, who he also wrote, and Mesopotamia.
