Robert Guédiguian
Robert Guédiguian was born in Marseille, France. Many of his early films, including À La Vie, à La Mort (1995) and La Ville est Tranquille (2000), screened in the Director's Spotlight programme at the 2002 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and he returned to TIFF with his subsequent features Mon Père est Ingénieur (2004), Le Voyage en Arménie (2006), and Neiges du Kilimandjaro (2011). Other credits include Le Promeneur du Champ de Mars (2005), L'Armée du Crime (2009), and Une Histoire de Fou (2015). La Villa (2017) is his latest film.
