Mohcine Besri

Mohcine Besri is born in Morocco in 1971, and he studied Physics and Chemistry at the Faculty of Rabat. He started his career in cinema with playing small parts in various films. While getting his bachelor degree in Computer Science, he pursued his passion for cinema and became a sreenwriter and director. He worked as an assistant director in several films, he directed two short films, was a co-writer of “Operation Casablanca” with Swiss director Laurent Nègre, before writing his first feature film “Les Mécréants”.
