Saïd Khallaf

Saïd Khallaf is an emerging writer and filmmaker, originally from Morocco. Khallaf started his career in the film industry in Vancouver, Canada. Since 2003, Saïd started off as a stage performer, he co-wrote and performed in a number of plays, then he joined a Vancouver Film School to take his vision to a different level. For a year and half, he produced and directed for the Canadian Channel M a weekly TV Show that highlighted the Arab community activities in Canada. In 2008, he directed and edited five short documentaries for Al Jazeera in Jordan and Qatar. Saïd had written and directed for short films, in addition to a number of screenplays that have been produced and directed by other Moroccan filmmakers. A Mile In My Shoes is Khallaf’s debut feature film.
