Dina Naser

Dina Naser is a Jordanian filmmaker who has been working as a director, producer, and writer since 2008.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Graphic Design from the Applied Science University in Jordan and a Master’s Degree in Documentary Filmmaking through the DocNomads Program from universities in Portugal, Hungary, and Belgium.
Naser kicked off her career by working as an assistant director before quickly moving on to directing several short documentaries.
She served as a live-action producer for the Jordanian co-production HIKAYAT SIMSIM — the Arabic version of Sesame Street — and also worked on several local and international productions.
Her short film, TINY SOULS, participated in several film festivals, including the MED film festival, where it won the Audience Favorite Award, and the Jordanian European Film Festival, where it won a Jury award for Best Documentary Short and the COPEAM Special Prize. ONE MINUTE is her third film.
