Amr El Seyoufi is an Egyptian film director who graduated from Cairo University’s Faculty of Mass Communication, Department of Radio and TV. He studied filmmaking at the Raafat El Mehi Academy of Arts and Film Technology, where he made his directorial debut with his graduation project, ONE DIRECTION (2016), which went on to screen at several local and international film festivals.

He later worked as an assistant director on feature films, commercials, and plays before directing SANCTUARY, a film exploring art psychotherapy, and the independent short feature WHEN THE SEA WAS BLUE (2021).
