Ismahane Lahmar
Ismahane Lahmar is a French Tunisian director, screenwriter, and producer who was born in 1982 in Paris, studied at the Superior School of Audiovisual Production, and obtained her master's degree in audiovisual production in New York.
She has directed a number of short films that were selected at several international film festivals.
In 2019, Ismahane founded Madame Prod — a production company in which she develops and supports women's projects — and Le cinema Au Feminin, a unique training program that combines cinema and personal development and trains women from disadvantaged backgrounds in the film industry on preparation, shooting, and post-production.
