Pamela Nassour
Pamela Nassour is an award-winning Lebanese filmmaker, film critic, and an educator. After living in many different environments across her life, she developed a sense of observing and capturing the uniqueness in each space. With a camera in hand, Pamela manages to give life to her observations. She started her filmmaking journey as an assistant director and editor on numerous television commercials and music videos before she delved into film directing. Her short experimental film To Nowhere received several accolades and awards at various film festivals. Pamela graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik USEK with a master’s degree in visual arts specializing in cinema and television and she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in contemporary Latin American cinema at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Pamela is also an educator and instructor at the Lebanese International University and was part of the FFTG 2021’s Official Selection Committee.
