A freelance director who has been working in the film industry in Jordan since 2015, Samer Battikhi started out as a director's assistant and worked with a number of well-known local and international directors. Between student projects and his own films, he has written, directed, and produced a number of short films. His last short film, ARNOOS, was produced by PanEast Media with the support of the Jordanian Film Fund and starred Saba Mubarak and Ziad Bakri. He is currently working on his first feature film Men Mal Allah, which received a Jordanian Film Fund development grant.
