An Egyptian filmmaker born in 1992, Mahmoud Zain graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy in 2015. He then studied directing at the High Institute Of Cinema in 2019 and directed his short film LOVE BITES in 2024.

Zain also worked as a screenwriter in several series within writing workshops such as the Egyptian series The Godfather 1 and the Saudi series Badr’s Will.
